TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
INTENSE VIBE MAKERS MISSION, ROLE AND OPERATING PRINCIPLES
REQUIREMENTS
By subscribing, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country, fully accept these Terms of Participation, and, if you are not already subscribed, agree to also become a member of the Intense Inside Club, the main community of Intensia on Substack, where the Intense Vibe Makers Street Team is also hosted.
As a Street Team member, staying updated on Intensia is essential to contribute effectively. Therefore, subscribing to the Intense Inside Club is a mandatory requirement for participation in the Intense Vibe Makers Street Team.
If you join the Intense Vibe Makers Street Team without an active subscription to the Intense Inside Club, you consent to being manually added to the Intense Inside Club to fulfill the membership conditions and enable effective contributions.
MISSION
Online Engagement
Share Intensia’s official posts, music releases, news, and videos across your personal social media channels and online platforms (e.g., blogs, newsletters, forums). Engage positively in comments and discussions.
Content Creation
Create original content (e.g., fan art, short videos, blog posts, reviews) celebrating Intensia’s music and artistic vision. All content must align with her brand guidelines and ethical principles.
Brand Monitoring & Reporting
Act as a positive ambassador. If you encounter harmful content, unauthorized use of Intensia’s works, or inappropriate behavior affecting her brand, please report it directly on the respective platform using the official reporting tools. After submitting the platform report, send a short notice including proof (screenshots, links) to

Offline Presence
Spread the word through personal conversations. Always ensure you have permission before distributing or displaying official promotional materials.

You affirm that:
- Your participation is driven by genuine enjoyment of Intensia’s art.
- You are not affiliated with competitors or entities seeking strategic information.
- You do not participate for commercial, competitive, or exploitative purposes.

OPERATING PRINCIPLES AND ETHICAL GUIDELINES
Respect Intensia’s Personal & Artistic Ethics
Honor her ethical principles and personal boundaries, including her Artistic Identity Preservation position.
Positive Representation
Represent Intensia’s music, brand, and message respectfully. Avoid negativity, gossip, or disrespectful commentary online or offline.
No Spam or Aggressive Tactics
Support authentically. Do not spam or use pushy promotional methods.
Respectful Conduct
Treat everyone with kindness and respect.
Alignment with Core Values
Advocate for Intensia in accordance with her brand ethos. Do not associate her creations with third‑party music, industries, or causes that conflict with her Ethical Collaboration Principles.
Copyright Compliance
Share only official Intensia content. Do not create or distribute unauthorized covers or reinterpretations.
No Unauthorized Third‑Party Association
Do not synchronize or associate Intensia’s works with third‑party music or art without permission. If you use additional material (e.g., nature sounds), you are responsible for securing all necessary licenses.
Lawful Conduct
Engage only in legal activities. Unlawful behavior will not be tolerated.
No Misrepresentation
You are a volunteer Street Team member. Do not claim to be an official manager, agent, employee, or spokesperson.
If needed, you might use your subscription status as an indicative, non-binding proof of membership.
Communication
All official communication occurs via the official dedicated Street Team Substack channel intensevibemakers.substack.com . Inspiration and suggestions are shared in the official Street Team members chat.
MEMBERSHIP STATUS
Withdrawal
You may withdraw at any time by unsubscribing. This removes your name from the Honor List (if applicable).
Honor List Eligibility
Members active for at least one consecutive year will be honored on:
- Intensia’s official website (www.intensia.music)
- The Intense Vibe Makers Honor List on Substack (https://intensevibemakers.substack.com/p/the-official-intense-vibe-makers)

Confidentiality
Upon leaving, you agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information, strategies, and insights accessed during your membership.
Loss of Access & Naming Rights
Upon withdrawal, access to private content is revoked. You may no longer refer to yourself as an Intense Vibe Maker.
Termination by Intensia
Any behavior harmful to third parties or to Intensia’s values results in immediate removal.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY USAGE GUIDELINES AND DISCLAIMER
Authorized Usage
Intensia’s works may be used for non‑commercial, creative fan and street team expression, as well as personal storytelling.
Intellectual Property Protection & Prohibited Commercial Use
- Street Team membership grants conditional authorization for non‑commercial engagement only.
- You may not use Intensia’s works, name, or concepts to promote third‑party brands, products, or services. This also includes subtle product placement (e.g., featuring stationery while sketching inspired by Intensia’s works).
- Unauthorized commercial use may result in action and immediate removal.
Audio Guidelines
If no official Intensia music is available, feel free to utilize sonorous elements such as
- Voiceovers
- ASMR (for instance paper sounds, pen strokes…)
- Ambient or nature sounds
Do not under any circumstances use third‑party music with Intensia’s works to preserve artistic identity. Creators are responsible for securing any necessary audio licenses for their content.
Commercial Opportunities & Licensing
Street Team membership does not grant commercial rights. All commercial usage requires a separate licensing agreement, whether initiated by brands or carried out by Street Team members.
Protocol for Commercial Requests
If a brand proposes a collaboration involving Intensia’s works, direct them to

Collaborative Process
If a Street Team member initiates a brand connection, Intensia will notify the member once licensing terms are finalized. Only after confirmation from both Intensia and the brand may the member proceed with creative discussions. Please do not enter any agreement involving Intensia’s works independently.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY
Intensia assumes no liability or responsibility for any actions, conduct, or damages caused by current or former Street Team members, whether online or offline.
All contribution, activities and choices are entirely at the Street Team member’s risk and sole discretion.
