FREE SYNC OFFER
Free Synchronization License for Social Media Accounts of Promotional Team’s Affiliate Members
Verified members of the Affiliate Promotional Team receive a permanent, free synchronization license to use all Intensia songs and variants on social media and podcasts. The license is delivered via email and remains valid only as long as the required monthly proof of content is submitted on time.
Eligible Content Types
The Intensia Free Sync Offer applies exclusively to the following platforms and respective audio sources:
- TikTok (official TikTok sound only)
- YouTube Shorts (official Shorts sound only)
- YouTube Long‑Form (mp3 download purchase in official shops only)
- Podcasts (mp3 download purchase in official shops only)
Other platforms are not supported. Embedding of official Intensia Links from Streaming or Music Videos for Blog Content or Substack does not require a license.
Monthly Content Requirement
To maintain the free synchronization license, affiliates must publish three (3) brand‑new, original pieces of content per month across any of the eligible platforms. Rules:
- The 3 pieces must be distinct creations.
- Reposting the same or nearly identical content across multiple platforms counts as one piece.
- There is no required mix of platforms.
- Any combination is allowed (e.g., 3 TikToks, 3 Shorts, 1 Podcast + 2 Shorts, etc.).
- Content must visibly or audibly use an Intensia track legally.
Official Source Requirement
Affiliates must use Intensia’s music exclusively from official distribution sources:
- TikTok (official TikTok sound library)
- YouTube Shorts (official Shorts sound library)
- YouTube Long‑Form & Podcasts (legally purchased download from an authorized store)
Unofficial uploads, rips, converters, or third‑party files are strictly prohibited.
TikTok & YouTube Shorts
Allowed when:
- The official sound is used
- The content is original
- The link is included in the Monthly Activity Report
No downloads or receipts required.
YouTube Long‑Form & Podcasts
Legal Audio Requirement
You Tube Long-Form & Podcasts Affiliates must obtain the track from an official paid download source before using it in any long‑form video or podcast episode.
Receipt Requirement
To maintain the free synchronization license for a specific track, affiliates must submit the purchase receipt in their report before using that track for the first time. The receipt only needs to be submitted once per track.
Attribution Requirement
Affiliates must clearly credit Intensia:
- Spoken or on‑screen credit the first time the music appears
Example: “Track name“, courtesy of Intensia” - Written credit in the description or show notes
- Official link to the track

Monthly Activity Report
Every affiliate must submit a Monthly Activity Report containing:
- Direct links to all published content
- Timestamps (for podcasts & YouTube long‑form)
- The purchase receipt (long‑form & podcasts only, once per new track)
- Deadline: Last day of each month CET time.
- Submission Email: together@intensia.international
- Subject: Monthly Activity Report – [Your Nickname]
Intensia may request clarification or additional proof if needed. If the report is not submitted on time, Intensia reserves the right, at her sole discretion, to charge a license fee for the corresponding period or remove the participant from the program entirely.
Unauthorized Use
Unauthorized reproductions, downloads, re‑uploads, alterations, or any unlicensed duplication are strictly prohibited and will be pursued.
Revocation
Revocation is never retroactive. Any changes will be communicated in writing to the same email address through which the license was originally issued.

EARN A SYNC COMMISION
As a passionate Mediator, you can earn a provision every time a Song by Intensia will be used for Syncronisation purposes
Creators who wish to support and promote Intensia’s vision beyond affiliate content can act as Sync Agents. This role invites affiliates visionaries to suggest Intensia’s songs for synchronization purposes such as films, advertising, or branded podcasts they endorse, recommend or already work with.
- In this function as Sync Agents, they may receive a provision of up to 35 % of the deal they successfully close between Intensia and a trusted brand they suggested.
- The provision is retributed after complete retribution of Intensia’s fee.
- Further information, promotional materials, and the Agent Agreement will be provided after signing a confidentiality agreement.
- Sync deals are understood as non‑exclusive. Exceptions, special cases, or commissioned works will be negotiated separately.
- Intensia is not responsible for the proper tax treatment of the revenues from provisions. Each Sync Agent must handle taxation according to their own commercial status.
- Place of performance and jurisdiction is always Munich, Germany.
